I went deep on image gen, video gen, and product photography. The useful part was not the novelty. It was getting a picture that still looked like the product after the prompt was done.

A lot of SaaS ideas came out of the same stretch. Most of them failed. That was the tuition. I kept the one lane that kept producing work people could use: pictures, video, and the sites they live on.
